Mink Eyelashes
What's the big difference between your eyelashes from others?
Our eyelashes are handcrafted with a soft cotton band and mink materials, which are super flexible and comfortable, even easy for the beginners. The moment you wear our eyelashes, your feeling will tell you. - the most naturally alluring and luxurious lashes.
Can I wash your eyelashes?
No, if your eyelashes have glue on them, do not wash them, cleaning with water and other chemicals will ruin them. You may carefully remove leftover glue on the band of the lash with fingers or tweezers. Or use a clean spoolie to brush the lash hairs from any buildup.
Can I use mascara?
To increase longevity and maintain the original style of your eyelashes even further, do not apply mascara directly to them. Instead, apply mascara to your natural lashes first, allow it to dry, then apply our false eyelashes.
How long will the eyelashes last?
Our eyelashes, with proper application and storage, could be worn up to 30 days of use. We’ve had customers get even more lifespan out of their eyelashes by carefully cleaning the glue after each use.
Are your eyelashes reusable?
Yes, every pair of our eyelashes have been meticulously handcrafted to be incredibly resilient and worn up to 30 days. Say goodbye to disposable one-time use false lashes.
What are your eyelashes made of?
They are made of natural materials: mink, which is super lightweight and comfortable.
How do you apply your eyelashes?

Simply four steps:

Step 1: 

-Gently bend back and forth, which helps loosen up the lash strip, making it more pliable. 

-Hold lashes at one of the outer ends of the lash band to prevent damage to the lashes. 

-Lashes should begin a few millimeters away from the inner corner of your eye.  

-Trim false eyelashes to the right size

Step 2: 

-Put a thin amount of glue on the band evenly but put just a little extra on the ends. And wait a few seconds for glue to become sticky. 

Step 3:

-Look straight ahead with your eyes open, using either your fingers or a pair of tweezers to apply them closest to your natural lashes as possible.

-Press the center of the false eyelashes, and use tweezers to attach the ends. 

Step 4: 

-To lift them up, use an eyelash curler and press both false and your natural eyelashes. It’s a good way to blend false eyelashes with natural eyelashes.

How do you remove your eyelashes?

Simply three steps:
Step 1:
Gently remove false eyelashes by lifting the band of the lash off of the skin at the inner corner of the eye, then using that bit of base to gently remove the remainder of the lash. Never pull on the lashes to remove, always use the band.

Step 2:
Repeat for the other eye.

Step 3:
Store your eyelashes in the eyelashes storage box that they came in.

How do you care for your eyelashes?

When properly cared, your eyelashes are multi wears around 20-30 times

-Store your false eyelashes in the storage box that they came in to keep them clean, dry, and protected from getting harmed.

-If your lashes have glue on them, do not wash them, cleaning with water and other chemicals will ruin them. You may carefully remove leftover glue on the band of the lash with fingers or tweezers. Or use a clean spoolie to brush the lash hairs from any buildup.

-Use our specially formulated eyelash glue. It is specially formulated to be extra gentle while providing a strong, all-day hold.

-Some natural shedding of the fur may occur over time, this is normal. To preserve the longevity of your eyelashes, never tug on the individual strands and handle them with care.

TIPS:
1. Please NEVER get your lashes wet.

Are your eyelashes cruelty-free?
Yes, our eyelashes are not tested on animals.
Are your false eyelashes bad for me?
Our eyelashes typically don’t cause problems even for people with sensitive skin. If you have eye problems/surgery, please consult your doctor. There are no known side effects with our eyelashes.
Press-on Nails
How do I select the right nail size?
Our nail set comes with 24-30 nails of 7-12 sizes to help ensure the perfect fit for each fingernail. To make sure you have chosen the right size, press them down all the way over your natural nail before you apply the glue or sticker. If the nail doesn't quite cover your nail bed, you can file sides or length of our nail to get the proper fit.
How do I apply and remove my false nails?

Video instructions for the application and removal process can be found on our How To Page.

To prepare:

Choose the best size nail to your finger and set aside in order. Wipe each nail using the Prep Pad provided before applying.

Tip: Choose the smaller size when in-between sizes.

Caution: Do not apply to week, damaged, or infected nails.

To apply:

1) Glue-on Nails: Apply a thin layer of glue to the back of the false nails and natural nail.

2) Or you can choose to use adhesive tabs. Apply the adhesive tab to your nail and peel off the clear film.

Align under cuticle carefully and press down firmly with your thumb for at least 15 seconds. Customize the length or the shape if necessary.

Tip: Keep pressing nails and avoid contact with water in the first hour, it will ensure a long wear time.

To remove: Peel off nails gently from sides using the manicure stick. Do not force or pull nails off. If needed, soak hands in warm water or apply polish remover around edges, then use the mani stick to gently lift off nails.

Tips:Please note that if you are applying our glue-on nails, do not attempt to remove them until at least 7 days have passed.

How do I reuse my false nails?

PREP:

Remove any residual tabs or glue from the nail back, if needed, use the tweezer. Clean the natural nails with the Prep Pad.

APPLICATION:

1) Glue-on Nails: Apply a thin layer of glue to the back of the glue-on nails and natural nail.

2) Or apply the adhesive tab to your nail and peel off the clear film.

Starting at the cuticle and press firmly for at least 15 seconds.

Caution: Do not apply to weak, damaged, or infected nails.

Will your false nails damage my natural nails?
Absolutely not! Our nails with a safe gentle glue or adhesive tabs adhere to your natural nail without any damage.
How long will my glue-on nails stay on for?

You can wear our glue-on nails for as little as 1 day or up to 14 days straight! See below for best practices based on your desired wear time:

1) 1-4 Day Wear:

Use a thin strip of glue from cuticle to tip and hold firmly for about 10 seconds.

2) 5-9 Day Wear:

Use a dot of glue spread over your natural nail and hold firmly for about 10 seconds. Leave a small border around your nail creating space between your skin and the glue.

3) 10-14 Day Wear:

Apply a thin layer of glue to the back of our glue-on nail and natural nail and hold firmly for about 15 seconds. Tip: Keep pressing nails and avoid contact with water in the first hour. 

Tip: Glue can bond within seconds! Make sure to avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mouth and do not use on weak, damaged, or infected nails.

What do I do if a nail popped off?

If one nail(s) pop off, you can re-apply it with the provided adhesive tabs or glue and follow the same application instructions.

A few things can ensure a long wear time:

Before applying your nails, wipe your natural nails clean with the prep pad. This will remove any excess oil on your nails and create the ideal surface for the adhesive tab. Then we suggest you wash your nails well and dry thoroughly. Press each nail firmly for at least 15 seconds. Avoid water for about 1 hour after the application.

What should I do about remaining glue after removal?
You can use your removal tool to remove the glue. If you find that the glue does not immediately come off, please do not attempt to force it off. Normally, washing your hands will soften any remaining glue over time and make it easy to remove.
Are your nails waterproof?
Yes, our nails won’t come off with water alone, you would have to soak them in and physically lift off the sides. So you can wash your hands, go in the steam room with them as well as hot yoga, or any other kind of physical activity.
Are your nails comfortable to wear?
Yes, our nails are super flexible, light, and comfortable to wear. If you are the first time to wear press-on nails, you do need a little time to get used to it. But after a short while, you won't feel like you are wearing them.
Can I shape the length of press-on nails?

Yes, the press-on nails can be cut and filed to suit your natural nails' length and style, without causing damage to the nail.

Tips: Use clippers and cut straight across for the length you need, then smooth the end with a file.

Do your products test on animals?
Absolutely not, we are happy to say none of our products are tested on animals. So they are 100% cruelty-free.

What currency do you charge in?
All products on our website are sold in U.S. Dollars (USD).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards or debit cards via PayPal. And do not accept checks or money orders.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
Only one promo code can be used per order. If you get two valid promo codes, please place two orders with them separately.
How do I pay with a Mejosi Gift Card?
At checkout, enter your gift card number in the order summary section to apply the balance. Also, you can pay any remaining balance with your credit/debit card.
Do you offer a wholesale price?
If you are a retailer and are interested in selling our product in your store, please email us at [email protected].
What can I do if my payment is declined?

Please try these steps:

1. Please check and make sure you have provided the correct and full details, such as the card number, the address, the expiration date, and the security code.

2. Please check the balance of your card.

3. Contact your bank or card company for help, sometimes they may block an online payment.

When will my bank card be charged?
Your bank card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
How can I cancel an order?
Please email us at [email protected] in 24 hours after the order has been placed. Once the order has been shipped, we are not able to process the cancellation.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can view the order status on your account page. Also, you can contact us at [email protected] for help.
I recently purchased an item online and now it’s discounted. Can I get the discounted price?

1. Please note pricing on our website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts.

2. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due to unforeseen issues.

Shipping
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses with the standard shipping method. But it will be a little delay. So we suggest you use a physical address for a quicker and safer delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship the US areas.
What are your shipping methods?
Orders normally ship with USPS. And it generally takes 1-2 business days to process before they are shipped. The delivery time normally takes 3-8 business days. You can track your package by logging into your Mejosi account or check the shipment email.
Can I change my shipping address?
The address can be changed only when the order has not been sent out. So please double check your shipping address and make sure it is correct after you receive the order confirmation email.

How do I track my parcel?
A shipment email will be sent to you automatically once the order has been sent out. If you can not find the tracking information, please email us at [email protected].
What can cause delays?
Delays to your order may occur due to unforeseen circumstances at the local post office, postal strikes, customs clearance, border security, public holidays, or weather. We take no responsibility for shipping or delays occurring outside of our control.
Immediately contact the carrier if your tracking information says delayed. Typically this means additional information is needed to deliver your package. If they are unable to deliver your package, please contact [email protected] with the issue, order number, and correct shipping address.
What can I do if my package was lost?
Mejosi is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a package is marked “Delivered,” please first check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact the local logistics company responsible for delivering the package (shown on the shipment email). After describing the situation and providing tracking, they will be able to assist you in recovering your package. If they can not help you, please contact us at [email protected] for help.

What is your return policy?

If you were not satisfied with our products, please simply contact us within 60 days timeframe, all you'll need is your Order Number. Then we'll send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with return or exchange instructions.

We will process one exchange per order. If the replacement doesn't work out for you, please return the product and we will issue a refund minus the $5 return processing fee. The refunds will be issued to the original payment method for your convenience. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

If you're looking to exchange your product(s), we will need the tracking number of the returned products before sending out the replacement item. Once the item is scanned by the courier your replacement will be processed.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
We are sorry about the hassle that might cause. All you need to do is contact us via customer service email: [email protected] - attach a photo of what you received and we’ll arrange the correct products ASAP!
How do I apply a return or exchange?

I ordered an item and I do not like it. What should I do?

We definitely want to make sure you have a product that works for you! If you feel some other products(same price) would work for you, we recommend initiating an exchange through our website. You can do so here. If the price was not the same, we offer returns with the option of store points so that you can get your full money back and place a new order on our website for something else.

Can I return products that used?

Do I have to pay shipping postage for a return or exchange?

How long does it take to process an exchange?
For exchange, the new items will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt of your parcel.
How long does it take to process a refund?
We will process the refund once we receive the returned package. Your refund will be issued to your original payment account in 3-5 business days.The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
The amount of my refund seems odd. What should I do?
There are a few factors that may impact the amount of your refund: discounts applied to your order, the $5 return processing fees, original shipping charges not refunded, initial taxes paid on an order.
