1. I ordered an item and I do not like it. What should I do?

We definitely want to make sure you have a product that works for you! If you feel some other products(same price) would work for you, we recommend initiating an exchange through our website. You can do so . If the price was not the same, we offer returns with the option of store points so that you can get your full money back and place a new order on our website for something else. We will process one exchange per order. If the replacement doesn't work out for you, please return the product and we will issue a refund minus the $5 return processing fee. Please note, products from a set cannot be refunded separately, we must receive the entire set before we are able to issue you a refund or arrange the exchange.

6. Do I need to pay the return shipping cost?

We offer a return or exchange free of charge if the product is incorrect or faulty. Otherwise please kindly understand the return shipping cost should be paid by the buyers.

7. How long does it take to process an exchange?

For exchange, the new items will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt of your parcel.

8. How long does it take to process a refund?

We will process the refund once we receive the returned package. Your refund will be issued to your original payment account in 3-5 business days. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
